Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated, organized Dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team and in a fast-paced culinary environment. As a Dishwasher you will be communicative and committed to serve as a team player.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine Sorting and stacking clean dishes; carrying clean dishes to cook s line and other proper storage areas; rewashing soiled dishes before delivering Changing dishwater in dish machine every hour Washing pots, pans, and trays by hand Removing trash and garbage and bringing it to the dumpster Setting up and breaking-down dishwashing area Filling/emptying soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions Sweeping/mopping floors Assembling/disassembling dish machine Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Active Food Handlers certification required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Strong verbal communication skills required Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

Sick Leave Law Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6-8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to load and unload dishes, utensils, and glassware into the dishwasher or wash by hand. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds, such as trays of dishes, pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. Manual dexterity required for handling various kitchen items and cleaning equipment. Ability to work in a hot, humid, and wet environment, often around hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals. Work may involve exposure to moderate noise levels and temperature fluctuations.
