Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and be an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, supporting the culinary team in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in food service environments, including restaurants, hotels, catering events, and banquet settings. Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health standards. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Help with catering setup and cleanup for events or banquets to ensure timely service delivery. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient workflow during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with food handling practices, including sanitation and hygiene protocols. Experience with banquet or catering settings is a plus; strong organizational skills are beneficial. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
