Duties Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment through thorough washing and sanitizing processes Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring serving stations are stocked and organized Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet safety standards and hygiene regulations Support kitchen staff with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and equipment sanitation Assist in setting up and breaking down food stations for events or daily service Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic cooking tasks and assist with food preparation efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to support diverse kitchen operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain culinary experience or expand their hospitality skills.
