Job Description
Before you apply, this position is PART TIME, from Monday to Thursday About Us We're a locally loved sushi spot known for fresh ingredients, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. We're looking for friendly, dependable, and service-minded individuals to join our team and help create great experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and smallwares using commercial dish machine and 3-compartment sink Keep dish area, floors, trash, and recycling clean and organized Restock plates, bowls, and cookware for the line throughout service Help bus tables once customers leave Follow all food-safety, chemical-handling, and workplace-safety procedures Qualifications Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand 6-8 hours Team-player attitude and good communication (English, Spanish, or Korean welcome) Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
