Night Shift Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician SDI Quality - Southern California (Travel Required) Pay & Earning Potential Starting at $16.90/hour + performance-based bonuses Average earnings: $20.90/hour Top performers earn up to $29.90/hour+ Pay increases based on performance, reliability, and production About the Job SDI Quality is a leader in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, servicing major commercial clients across California, Nevada, and Arizona. We are hiring hardworking, reliable technicians for night shift hood cleaning . This is a specialized trade , not general janitorial work. You'll be trained to clean kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA standards using pressure washing and degreasing equipment. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans) Pressure washing and degreasing heavy grease buildup Setting up and protecting kitchen areas before service Working as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently Following safety procedures and company standards Schedule Night shift

REQUIRED

(start between 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) 10-hour shifts Typical schedule: 4 days per week Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs Who We're Looking For No experience required — training provided. Candidates with kitchen exhaust cleaning experience may qualify for higher starting pay. Experience in pressure washing, kitchen cleaning, or janitorial work is a plus Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to follow directions and safety procedures Good communication skills Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working on rooftops and in tight spaces Able to stand, bend, climb, and work in demanding conditions Travel Must be willing to travel Work includes California, Nevada, and Arizona Important - Read Before Applying This is a physically demanding, overnight job . Work involves grease-heavy environments, pressure washing, rooftop access, and long shifts.
