As a key part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Front-Of-The-House crew members are and will be crossed trained: dishwasher, busser, cashier, meat cutter, and side-server. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive dining experience Support food preparation and presentation, adhering to quality standards Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Participate in catering events and banquets, providing excellent service to guests Handle food safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen areas Provide support in cooking and serving as needed during peak hours Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred Familiarity with culinary practices, including cooking, food handling, and preparation Experience in hospitality roles, such as hotel or banquet services, is a plus Strong skills in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and dining areas Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills
