As a Dishwasher / Prep Cook, you'll help ensure our kitchen stays clean, organized, and ready for service while supporting food preparation throughout the day. What You'll Spend Your Time Doing Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards Support the kitchen team wherever needed to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and able to work well as part of a team Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work Details Part-time and full-time opportunities available Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays The Fine Print Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
