Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes from dining areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment Support food preparation activities by organizing ingredients and supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces, through regular cleaning and sanitizing Help with basic food handling tasks such as organizing supplies for catering or banquet events Follow proper food safety procedures during all cleaning and handling processes Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for service Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in roles involving dishwashing or bussing Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations Basic understanding of catering, banquet setup, or hotel food service operations is a plus Excellent organizational skills for managing cleaning routines and supply inventory Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen sanitation, food preparation support, and hospitality standards This part-time PM Dishwasher role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their hospitality experience while contributing to a lively team environment.
