Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new diners. Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff with prep work or ingredient setup. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and trash removal. Support the serving team by bussing tables during busy hours to enhance guest satisfaction. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks smoothly and deliver excellent service. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
