Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet health standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling basic food items when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service times, supporting overall kitchen operations Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold sanitation standards Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety regulations Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting Experience with food handling or catering is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Prior banquet or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not essential Join us as a Dishwasher and become an integral part of creating memorable dining experiences!
