Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Support catering and banquet events by preparing necessary items and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods. Adhere to all sanitation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards. Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or catering is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting. Basic understanding of culinary practices or hotel experience is advantageous but not required.
