We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Weekend Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen during busy weekend shifts, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and ready for use in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will play a key role in supporting overall kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed Take out trash and recycling, keeping disposal areas clean and orderly Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely weekend service Skills Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy weekends Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Good teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods Join us and be an essential part of our weekend team!
