This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both staff and guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment Maintain cleanliness of dish station, sinks, and surrounding areas throughout the shift Restock clean items in appropriate storage areas for kitchen and service staff Assist with trash removal and recycling duties as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals Support kitchen staff with occasional prep or stocking tasks during peak hours Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays) Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry items throughout the shift Previous experience preferred but not required—training provided Work Environment Reports to: Kitchen Manager or Shift Lead Team-oriented, respectful workplace with clear expectations and support Opportunities for growth and cross-training in kitchen operations
