This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas while assisting in food preparation and cooking. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Buss tables and assist with dining room setup as needed during busy service periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service for guests. Participate in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and reporting shortages. Support catering events and banquets by preparing food items as required. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
