1pm-5:30pm Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Prep, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to support operations by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. You'll contribute to delivering an exceptional experience by assisting with some food preparation, cleaning, and basic kitchen tasks. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, bakeware, utensils, pots, sheet pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as following basic recipes under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and organizing workstations regularly Support FOH operations by folding boxes Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance Restock supplies as needed to keep the kitchen organized and efficient for daily operations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting staff and guests This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational baking skills while contributing to a vibrant environment.
