Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth service flow. Support food preparation tasks by organizing ingredients and cleaning workstations. Help with light catering duties such as setting up serving stations or packing food for events. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and supplies during busy service periods. Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering events is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning procedures in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous. Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards is beneficial.
