Job Description
Clayton is a catalyst for community and connection. A local experience with a global perspective, constantly evolving the way we travel, gather, and live. Between our highly-anticipated events and Clayton collaborators bringing their individual brands of creativity to the Clayton experience, you're always in good company here. This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back of house area, and assists with the preparation of food as need. Requested Tasks Load and unload dishwashing machines Wash specific items by hand (e.g wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china) Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensil, especially during peak hours Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues Requested Capabilities Efficient personality Ability to maintain multiple projects and high priority needs as required As part of the Makeready collection, we proudly offer a variety of thoughtful benefits and perks for eligible team members including accommodating PTO/PTO exchange, medical/dental/vision benefits, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, company-matched dependent care & 401k, student loan repayment program and a wide range of additional ancillary benefits.
