Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using appropriate cleaning techniques. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling basic food items when needed. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning during busy service hours, especially in banquet or catering settings. Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation standards consistently. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a pristine environment. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is valued. Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting busy service operations. Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or cleaning tools is a plus.
