As a porter/busser at Parkway you will be responsible for: Learning the art of hospitality Ensuring the cleanliness of the floor to maximize the guests' experience Assisting the bar team during peak hours Stocking the floor with dry goods when products get depleted Cleaning up spills on tables, floors, and in the BOH Washing a minimal amount of dishes Cleaning and closing the floor at the end of the night Keeping the bathroom clean and stocked
