Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our catering and banquet services. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen. Ensure all food service items are properly sanitized and stored after cleaning. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Support kitchen staff during busy periods by helping with basic food handling tasks. Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service operations, including catering or banquet settings is a plus. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
