Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment, supporting the smooth operation of our busy kitchen environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help maintain the highest standards of hygiene, allowing chefs and food service staff to focus on creating delicious meals. Responsibilities Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas by regularly cleaning workstations, sinks, and surrounding surfaces Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to support efficient food delivery Follow food safety management protocols to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers and manual handling tools Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards to promote a safe working environment for everyone Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
