This is a fast-paced, physical role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — you'll be an essential part of every service. What you'll do Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils throughout service Keep the dish station clean, organized, and stocked Take out trash and break down boxes as needed Assist with basic kitchen tasks and prep support when available Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines What we're looking for Ability to work nights and weekends — schedule varies by week Dependable, punctual, and a team player Comfortable standing for extended periods in a hot, busy environment Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required Must be 16 or older
