Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using a dish machine and/or 3-bay sink Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas Remove trash and recycling and keep disposal areas clean Sweep and mop floors as needed Assist with light prep or other kitchen tasks when requested Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
