Dishwasher

Located in Woodbury Connecticut 1754 House Inn, Restaurant & Tavern seeking Dishwashers. Positive attitudes and ability to work well with others a must. Position Overview To be a positive member of the team by keeping wares and work areas cleaned and organized. Responsibilities

• Works automatic dishwasher and 3-bay sink, keeping chemicals at appropriate levels.
• Sorts, cleans, puts away and keeps organized service wares.
• Stocks storage areas, and keeps workspaces organized within company policies. Assists with receiving orders as needed.
• Keeps dish area, coolers and freezer, dry storage and any other areas clean and organized.
• Helps with other kitchen and inn duties including food prep and cleaning as needed.
• Works in accordance with all Federal, State and Local guidelines.
• Performs standard closing duties I.

E removal of Trash, cardboard, sweeping, mopping and weekly cleaning duties. Qualifications Ability to multi-task Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Nights and weekends required.
