Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standard Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service periods Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing, cleaning, or food handling is advantageous Experience working in banquet or catering settings can be a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
