Role:

Assists Executive Chef/Dietary Manager and Cook by washing dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items. Performs a variety of kitchen cleaning activities.

Responsibilities:

Operates kitchen equipment and machinery that includes dishwasher to wash dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items. Assist in the storage of food and kitchen items. Perform a variety of kitchen cleaning activities. Practice proper sanitation and compliance to all Health Department regulations pertaining to food service.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma, preferred. Knowledge of dishwashing and cleaning techniques, food service equipment. Equal Opportunity Employer
