The Dishwasher position is about:
Keeping the dish area clean and organized. Load, run and unload dish machine. Restock all plate ware and silverware on each station. Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
