Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision Support the catering team by ensuring serving ware and equipment are clean and ready for events or banquet functions Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to support overall sanitation efforts Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is valued Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Familiarity with food handling practices and basic kitchen operations is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey supporting culinary teams while honing your skills in hospitality!
