This position is essential for supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in our restaurant, hotel, or catering service. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Ensure that all kitchen items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces and floors. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of items used during banquets or catering events. Help with inventory management by reporting any damaged or missing items. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing, including food preparation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
