Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed. Ensure all food handling and safety standards are followed. Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet or catering events as required. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist others in the kitchen.
