As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our culinary environment, supporting food preparation, food handling, and overall hospitality operations. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including prep work for upcoming service. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance. Help with catering setups or banquet events when required, ensuring all dishware and utensils are properly prepared. Experience Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing, food handling, or kitchen cleaning roles. Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety standards in food environments. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Prior hotel or culinary experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
