Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, cleaning workstations, and disposing of waste properly. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Collaborate with servers and culinary team members to ensure smooth food service operations. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Basic understanding of kitchen safety and food handling procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude; willingness to assist with various tasks as needed. Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
