Job Description

Location:
301 North Baker Street Suite 100 Mount Dora, FL (bottom floor) The building is on a hill so the restaurant is only accessible on one side, with a parking lot out front. Responsibilities Properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly washes, stacks, and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.Restaurant Hours:
Monday 4:30pm- 9:00om Tuesday 11:00am
