Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic hospitality crew. In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while supporting food preparation and service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our guests enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming setting. If you're passionate about food, hospitality, and working in a team, this position is perfect for you! Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning food items. Support catering and banquet events by helping with setup, cleanup, and food handling as needed. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including counters, floors, and storage spaces in compliance with health standards. Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure a seamless dining experience. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all ingredients and prepared foods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards and cleaning practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members during busy service times. Experience with catering, banquet events, or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills within the culinary and hospitality fields.
