Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with bussing tables by clearing used dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly to maintain a clean dining environment Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for service Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers and cleaning tools Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy pots, trays, or boxes to ensure safety standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by adhering to sanitation and kitchen health and safety standards Assist with food safety management practices to ensure compliance with all sanitation protocols and regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting safely Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hotel setting Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and our guests feel welcomed!
