Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly sanitized and available for food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the culinary and hospitality experience. Duties Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas to meet health and safety standards Support food preparation tasks such as basic cutting or assembling ingredients when required Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal in the kitchen and dining areas Support catering events or banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are maintained at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or culinary environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting kitchen staff and servers Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads (up to 50 pounds), and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Join our team to contribute to a seamless dining experience by ensuring our kitchen remains clean, organized, and efficient.
