Duties Prepare and portion food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in cooking and assembling dishes for service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Support banquet and catering operations by preparing food items as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or a related culinary role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.!
