This role is primarily focused on dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness, with occasional food prep support during slower periods. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Keep the dishwashing station organized and stocked (soap, gloves, etc.) Assist with basic food prep during downtime, as directed by kitchen staff Clean and sanitize restrooms at the end of each shift Sweep and mop kitchen and dining room floors at closing Take out trash and maintain general cleanliness of the back-of-house area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus, but not required Availability for evenings/weekends as needed Schedule Tuesday
