Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, counters, and storage spaces Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient organization when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper bussing of dining areas Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a spotless environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
