Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will be the backbone of our kitchen team, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests and support the overall success of our culinary operations. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping vegetables or preparing ingredients when needed to support kitchen staff. Help with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen including floors, counters, sinks, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours. Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced environments. Basic understanding of food service operations or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the workplace.
