What You'll Do:

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked Empty trash, break down boxes, and assist with general kitchen utility Help maintain food safety and sanitation standards Support the kitchen team before, during, and after service Open and close the kitchen using daily checklists Keep stations stocked so the team is ready for busy shifts
