FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY REQUIRED LATE NIGHT & WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and cook menu items according to Rreal Tacos standards Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed Communicate effectively with kitchen team members Support daily kitchen operations and closing procedures

PREP COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service Follow recipes, portioning, and prep standards Maintain organization and cleanliness in prep areas Assist line cooks and kitchen management as needed Properly label, store, and rotate products

DISHWASHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and dishes Keep dish area organized and efficient Support kitchen team with cleaning and maintenance tasks Assist with trash removal and overall kitchen cleanliness Help maintain health and safety standards
