Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our dining operation, ensuring that dishes are spotless, tables are cleared promptly, and the overall environment remains clean and welcoming for our guests. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours. Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic chopping or plating support. Support catering events and banquet setups by handling dishware and assisting with cleanup. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation. Willingness to learn food handling practices, cleaning protocols, and basic food prep skills. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members across different roles. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a welcoming dining atmosphere.
