Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to support our culinary and hospitality teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent cleaning skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service by efficiently cleaning dishes, kitchenware, and food preparation areas while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies as needed. Support food service operations by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use during meal times. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by following sanitation protocols regularly. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing dishes and assisting with food handling procedures. Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure an efficient workflow during busy meal periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning protocols, and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support kitchen operations. Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support and hospitality services.
