Our concept blends a pizza kitchen, energetic bar atmosphere, and elevated dining experience — so cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. What You'll Do Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently throughout service Assist the kitchen team by ensuring clean equipment and dishes are available when needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and restaurant Properly handle and dispose of trash and recycling Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other kitchen areas as needed Assist with stocking, deliveries, prep, and other back-of-house duties when necessary Help with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Communicate effectively with cooks, managers, and front-of-house staff What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work environment Nights, weekends, and holiday availability is a must What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a dynamic restaurant Supportive, team-oriented work environment Employee meals and dining discounts Opportunity to work in a creative, high-energy restaurant Opportunity to learn and grow within the kitchen
