Dishwasher/Busser Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a multi-functional team member responsible for dishwashing, bussing tables, and assisting our bar staff. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment and ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen items. Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. Properly handle and store clean dishes and equipment. Assist with basic deli tasks as needed, such as food prep, cleaning surfaces and dishwashing.

Bussing Tables:

Clear tables of dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including wiping down tables and chairs. Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities within the establishment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
