Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine. Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Remove all garbage. Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift. Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized. What we're looking for: Professionalism Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
