Overview We are looking for a reliable and energetic Full-Time or Part-Time Dishwasher/Utility team member to join our busy kitchen. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Your efforts will help ensure that our food preparation and service run smoothly while adhering to all sanitation and safety standards. A positive attitude, work weekend shifts and stable attendance us a must!!! Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools following proper food safety sanitizing procedures. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients as needed. Help maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces by performing routine cleaning duties. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Support the team during catering or banquet events by assisting with setup and cleanup when required. Skills Previous experience in food handling, dishwashing, or kitchen support roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting and moving supplies. Good communication skills to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn about food safety procedures and kitchen health standards. A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and efficiency.
