Aloha! Uncle's is looking for full-time Bakery Team Members (afternoon and evening shifts available) to join our 'ohana and help us bake the most delicious, super-premium cookies for our ice cream sandwiches right here on O'ahu's beautiful North Shore! What you'll be doing (the sweet stuff): Wielding the magic: Accurately measuring ingredients and following our recipes to perfection.

Team player:

Collaborating seamlessly with your fellow Uncle's crew members, because great ice cream sandwiches are a team effort!

Quality control ninja:

Inspecting every single finished product to ensure it meets our sky-high quality standards - only the best for our fans!

Kitchen warrior:

Assisting with lifting, carrying, and moving ingredients and equipment (up to 50lbs), and keeping our kitchen sparkling clean. Who you are (the sprinkles on top): Reliable as the sunrise: You're on time, every time, and a super-efficient worker.

Foodie at heart:

Prior experience in a food production setting is preferred, but a passion for deliciousness is a must!

Eagle eyes:

You have sharp attention to detail, especially when following recipes and ensuring top-notch quality.

Self-starter:

You're driven, hard-working, and can rock it even with minimal supervision.

Ready to roll:

You're comfortable standing for hours and can lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs. North Shore local (or close!): You live on or near the North Shore, making your commute a breeze.
