Duties Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet health standards. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations. Help with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and assisting in food handling when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Follow proper safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain overall kitchen hygiene. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks such as bussing or basic food prep.
